Return Policy

Items purchased from ChinesebooksUSA.com may be returned within 30 days of the receipt of shipment. Items must still be in new condition and, if applicable, in their original plastic wrapping.

To return an item, please contact our customer service department. For exchanges to correct an error on our behalf, a return-postage envelope will be included with your exchange item for your convenience. All other returns may incur shipping fees.

Please take care in packaging your return to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend the following steps:
• Use an inner envelope to wrap the book(s) tightly. USPS Priority Soft Envelopes and bubble wraps are recommended.
• Tightly wrap the outer envelope around the pre-wrapped book. Avoid having the book(s) “bouncing around” the outer envelope. This causes damages to the book corners.
• Your return is now ready!
